The LRTAV (Livestock and Rural Transporters Association) HPLV (High Productivity Livestock Vehicle) Accreditation Scheme is a compulsory program for operators accessing Victoria’s HPLV Network.
The Scheme promotes compliance, accountability, and industry best practices, while prioritising safety, animal welfare, and adherence to regulations for improved access for high productivity livestock vehicles.
